Every membership begins with personalized genetic insight. If you already have an eligible raw DNA file from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, or MyHeritage, it can be uploaded as part of enrollment. If not, the appropriate at-home DNA kit will be shipped directly to you. Your enrollment price reflects how you choose to begin and the testing included with your membership.

Unlimited in-app messaging is included with every membership, so you can reach out whenever support is needed—not only during scheduled check-ins. Your membership’s response standard establishes the longest general response window, although we will always respond sooner when possible.
